How do I track my order?
Krystle Creations uses Canada Post for all their parcels. Upon payment, a unique tracking number will be issued to you.
Where are you located? Can I book a fitting appointment?
Krystle creations is located in Toronto, Canada. All 1-on-1 fittings are completed at the Toronto Studio Store or through a virtual Fitting call. If you and a friend train together, save the travel to Scarborough and request an OUTBOUND fitting where I will personally travel to your location.
What is a Virtual Fitting?
A virtual fitting is a video call using any of the following apps ;
-Whatsapp, IG Messenger, Skype , FB Messenger, Facetime.All you need is a Scheduled fitting date, and a tape measurer.
Im always happy to book a fitting within your timezone to ensure a perfect fit on stage.

I am on a budget and can't afford lots of crystals, what can I choose?
Competing can be an expensive sport but you don't need to break the bank to look fabulous. There are many brand new affordable Premade competition suits available. Choosing a hologram fabric is also a strong alternative to have the shimmer on stage. This fabric is VERY reflective and give you a beautiful effect. If you absolutely love a design, Installment payments are also an option. Contact customer service for payment breakdowns.
What are your delivery options?
Krystle creation uses Canada Post. Standard shipping within Canada is 3-5 business day for Jewelry and off the rack Premade Suits. 3-5 weeks wait for custom Suits depending on how much embellishment is added to your suit. Greater Toronto Area Local may receive their suits within 1-3 weeks if it is pickup at the local studio store. Express shipping is available during checkout of your shopping cart at additional cost. For special requirements, or a rush order .please contact me at your earliest convenience.

At the moment, Krystle Creations solely ships to Canada and USA. More options to come in the near future.
How early should I order my suit?
"Off the rack" Premade suits can should be ordered 1 (one) week in advance to assure timely delivery if shipped. For GTA locals, booking a in-studio fitting is your best option especially if you need a suit ASAP. All premade suits come with a complementary alteration.
The first show is always a bit nerve racking. If you are more than 10 lbs away from your target Stage weight, Talk to your coach for a rough estimate of your measurements.
1 Inch too big or too small can make a big difference on the comfort of your suit.. I want you to feel proud on stage so you can show off your great accomplishment. If you dont have a coach.. no fuss, I can guide you! You can use the chatroom tab to speak to me right away, or you can also book a 1-on-1 fitting. Fitting can be done In-person or as a virtual fitting.
**Sewing rule of thumb: every 5lbs is about 1 inch.**
How do I return an item?
All custom suits come with a 1 year warranty on your stitch, connectors and backup crystals (if needed). All GTA locals may book an appointment and the suit will be fixed as needed the same day. For all shipped items, the request must be submitted with photos for approval . Once approved, A return label will be email to you PRIOR to receiving a partial or full refund. Spare crystals are packaged with suits accordingly. Any broken connector will be reshipped to you.
Your satisfaction is important. If time is permitted, a new suit will be mailed out at no extra cost.
"Off the rack" Premade Suits on CLEARANCE are strictly final sale due to hygiene restrictions.
Regular Premade suits must have original receipt, unworn, and with original tags without signs of tampered. Returned within 7 days of purchase.
Do you use rhinestone on your swimwear?
No, All female swimwear is embellished with glass crystals from Preciosa components. Rhinestones look beautiful under natural light but very dull on stage. Rhinestones are an acrylic compound that absorb light. Preciosa crystals reflect the bright stage lights due to its glass base to give you the most spectacular shine.
